How long do Candy Claws press-on nails typically last?
With proper application using our professional-grade adhesive, your Candy Claws can last up to 2 weeks. For short-term wear of 1-3 days, we recommend using our temporary adhesive tabs.
Are your nail sets reusable?
Yes! Our nails are crafted from high-quality, durable resin. If you use adhesive tabs, they can be reused multiple times. If using glue, you can gently buff away residue from the back of the nail to prepare them for another application.
How do I find my correct nail size?
We offer a comprehensive Sizing Guide on our website. You can measure your natural nails with a soft tape measure or purchase one of our Sizing Kits for the most accurate fit before placing an order.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail sets. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect set, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
